Directions

  1. In skillet over medium heat, in warm oil, cook onions, celery, carrots and pepper till tender-crisp, stirring often. Remove vegetables to bowl. In same skillet, cook beef till browned. Spoon off fat. Stir in gravy, soy sauce, ginger, crushed red pepper and cooked veggies. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
