Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in veg. oil till tender. Add in beef and seasonings; cook over medium heat, stirring till beef is brown. Add in rice, potatoes, carrots, celery and tomatoes. Add in sufficient water to cover ingredients. Mix well and simmer till vegetables are tender. Add in macaroni, tomato sauce and sufficient water to make medium consistency. Heat thoroughly.
