Directions

  1. Cover onions and celery with water. Cook 10 min. Drain water off. Add in soy sauce and grnd beef, mix and cook 10 min. Add in water chestnuts and mushrooms and cook 10 min. Remove from heat, stir in bean sprouts, and let steam, covered, 5 min. Serve over rice. Makes about 1 1/2 qts.
