Grilled Sirloin Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless sirloin steak
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp caraway seeds
- 3/4 tsp grnd turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 2 gal zip-lock bags
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except steak. Sprinkle on both sides of steak and lightly press into beef. Place into zip-lock bag. Squeeze out air and seal. Place in second zip-lock and seal. Put in cooler at least 1 hour. Grill over coals 25-30minutes, turning 2 or possibly 3 times. Cut into serving pcs.
