Grilled Salmon Supreme With Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 x skinless boneless salmon fillets 6 ounce salt onion pwdr garlic pwdr
  • 1 lrg ripe mango
  • 1 x lime juiced
  • 1 x red onion diced
  • 2 ounce cucumber peeled, seeded, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro or possibly double to taste
  • 2 x ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1 x serrano pepper diced

Directions

  1. Remove skin and stone from mango and dice. Add in lime juice. Combine mango and other salsa ingredients in a bowl and chill. Season salmon with salt, onion pwdr and garlic pwdr. Cook fish on warm grill or possibly broil for 5-10 min.
