Ingredients

  • 6 x 8 Mahi-Mahi steaks Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 pt fresh blueberries
  • 1 pt fresh raspberries
  • 1 pt fresh strawberries, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. shallots, minced
  • 1/3 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. white wine

Directions

  1. Place fresh rosemary on mahi-mahi steaks and grill over medium-high heat for 5 - 8 min per side or possibly till hard-tender. Combine remaining ingredients and serve over fish.
