Ingredients

  • 1 x recipe Flatbread see * Note
  • 1 ct Ricotta cheese - (8 ounce) liquid removed
  • 3 x Plum tomatoes diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Basil chiffonade Shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 x Garlic cloves roasted

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Place oil and garlic in a blender and blend till smooth. Strain. Set aside.
  3. Flatten the Flatbread dough, brush liberally with extra virgin olive oil and throw on the grill. Grill on one side till golden. Turn over and spread with ricotta, tomatoes and basil. Remove and top with shaved parmesan and drizzle with garlic oil.
