Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lbs New York strip steaks
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Grilled Cajun Steaks

Time: 5 minutes prep, 16 minutes cook
Servings: 8
 

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Mix Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and sea salt in a small bowl. Brush steak lightly with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on both sides of steak.
  3. Place steaks on grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
