Grilled Beef Kababs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Corn oil
  • 1/3 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Yellow mustard
  • 1 x Clove garlic,chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb Lean round steak,boneless
  • 1 lrg green pepper
  • 4 ounce Fresh mushrooms
  • 8 x Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 x Very large onion

Directions

  1. Make marinade by combining lemon juice,Worcestershire sauce,oil,soy sauce,mustard,garlic.Cut beef into 1" chunks,then put in marinade.Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 12 hrs or possibly more... Cut vegetables into chunks,making at least 8 pcs of each.Remove beef cubes from marinade,reserving marinade... On 4 medium or possibly long skewers,alternate pcs of meat and vegetables.Grill over warm coals,basting occasionaly with marinade,for about 15 min,turning shewers regularly.(Allow 5 - 10 min longer for well done meat.).Serve warm.Makes 4 servings....
