Ingredients
- 500g young green beans, cleaned
- 1 tbs olive oil
- ½ garlic clove, chopped
- 2 small potatoes, cubed
- 1 ½ l water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 150-200g smoked sausage, cut into chunks
- 2 tbs heavy cream

Green string beans with potatoes and smoked sausage
Time: 15 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook
Servings: 4 servings
Directions
- Halve each string bean.
- Sauté garlic briefly in olive oil.
- Add string beans, potatoes and water. Season with salt.
- Add sausage. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and cook, half-covered, for 15 minutes or until soft.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the cream.
