Green Pea Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can sm. size green peas
- 1 sm. jar diced pimentos
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 can minced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Cheddar shredded cheese
- Crushed crackers to top casserole
Directions
- Drain peas; mix with remaining ingredients. Add in cheese on top and finish with the crushed crackers. Bake only 15 min till just warm. Vegetables should be slightly crunchy, 350 degree oven.
