  • 1 cup grated Green Mango ( ma require more or less depending upon how sour the mango is)
  • 4 Green chilly slit
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Cashew
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Chana dal
  • 1 dry red chilly
  • Two pinches of Asafetida ( Hing)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
