Directions

  1. Mix flour, fresh eggs, oil and spinach (spinach need to be boiled and very finely chopped).
  2. Work the dough and flatten it into thin dough sheets, cut into squares and boil in salted water, drain and spread over a piece of cloth to rest.
  3. Grease a baking pan with butter, layer the pasta squares, filling each layer with (all in one layer) Besciamella sauce, Ragu', Parmesan cheese, truffle slices, melting butter.
  4. Gratin in the oven.

    5-6 layers of pasta at least (top is made of besciamella, ragu, etc. not pasta)
    cook for a good 1h at 150c - make sure the top layer is crunchy (but not too burnt)
    let it rest for 20 min before cutting and serving

              grazie Barbara... sono alle prime armi con le lasagne, se hai suggerimenti da darmi sono piu' che benvenuti! graize di nuovo.
