Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 7 ingredients and pour in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 25 min.
  2. Make the Creme de Mint Icing by beating ingredients together. Spread the Creme de Mint Icing on the cake while slightly hot (not warm). Let cold.
  3. Make the Chocolate Icing by melting the chips and butter together. Spread the Chocolate Icing over the Creme de Mint Icing.
