Green Chille Recipe
Slow cook a pork roast drain the grease use the grease with flour and cillies to create a wonderful pulled pork chille dish
Ingredients
- pork roast
- cans of green chille (2) to start and then add more if you like the flavor or use the real thing just without the seed or stem.
Directions
- Cook roast
- drain grease - strain it
- mix warm drippings from roast
- with 2 tsp flour salt and pepper
- warm mixture add a little chicken broth if needed to make the quantity of chille. Start with 1/2 a cup of chicken broth and a can of chille taste. Correct sauce as needed. Cool cut offf parts of the roast and pull the meat out lengthwise. Add warm and eat!
