Green Bean Artichoke Salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb green beans ends removed, cut in half or possibly- 2 pkgs. frzn green beans
• 1 sm can artichoke hearts packed in water or possibly- 1/2 lb. frzn artichoke hearts)
• 1 med red bell pepper minced or possibly- 1 can pimiento, rinsed in cool water minced
• 4 x cloves garlic chopped fine
• 1 c. red vinegar">wine vinegar or possibly rice vinegar">wine vinegar
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 2 Tbsp. Apple juice, from frzn concentrate
• 1 Tbsp. Tamari soy sauce or possibly soy sauce
