  • 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut green beans
  • 1 c. cooked corn kernels
  • 2 teaspoon finely minced onion
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 2 tbsp. minced green bell pepper
  • 1 pimiento, cut in thin strips
  • 1/4 c. French Dressing
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • Lettuce or possibly other greens
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled, for garnish

Directions

  1. 1. Toss beans with corn, onion, celery, bell pepper and pimiento.
  2. 2. Stir together dressing and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss well. Cover and refrigerateat least 1 hour.
  3. 3. Line salad plate or possibly bowl with lettuce, arrange salad on greens and garnish with bacon. Serves 4 to 6.
