Recipe Summary & Steps

ShareTweetPinYummlyGreek Dressing – a super simple homemade vinaigrette with all your favorite Greek flavors.  Great on pasta salad, side salads or even a Greek style salad. I am a huge fan of Greek food.  It wasn’t something that I grew up with, I only discovered it within the last 10 years.  So making these homemade Gyros is one of my favorite dinners.  And then serving it with a salad on the side with this super easy Greek dressing is a must! Homemade salad dressings are so easy to make, and they are so much better than the bottled stuff!  This Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette is a definite staple for our whole family.  What’s Greek DressingIt is a super easy salad dressing that is full of Greek flavors.  There is lots of lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar as well as plenty of oregano.  It is great with Greek Pasta Salad or on a side salad or even with tomatoes and cucumbers for a Greek style salad.  One question I have seen quite a bit is “Is Greek Dressing Keto”  The answer is yes.  The dressing itself fits in a Keto diet, a vegan diet, it is a paleo and whole30 approved.  It depends on what you put it on if it is still within the diet restrictions.  But the dressing itself is full of healthy and full of so much flavor!  How to make Greek DressingAdd all of the ingredients together in a jar with a tight fighting lid.  It can be a plastic storage container or a canning jar.Just shake like crazy until it is all blended.  If you don’t have a jar, you can use a whisk to mix together in a bowl or liquid measuring cup. This Greek salad dressing recipe is super easy to make.  The hardest part is squeezing the lemons. I highly recommend that you use fresh lemons and take the couple minutes to juice them.  But if all you have is the bottled lemon juice it will work. I created a fun group on Facebook, and I would love for you to join us! It’s a place where you can share YOUR favorite recipes, ask questions, and see what’s new at Dinners, Dishes and Desserts (so that you never miss a new recipe)!
