Directions

  1. Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Set aside. Combine next 2 ingredients. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick (don't boil). Beat next 3 ingredients. Gradually stir in sauce. Add in macaroni. Spoon half macaroni mix into 2 qt oblong baking dish. Cover with meat mix. Top with remaining macaroni. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set. Serves 4.
