- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 pound butter

Greek Spaghetti With Browned Butter Sauce

Directions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
- STEP 1: Sprinkle a layer of crumbled feta cheese on a large platter. Add in 1/3 of the liquid removed spaghetti and then sprinkle on another layer of cheese. Add in another layer of spaghetti, followed by more cheese and then the remaining portions of the spaghetti and cheese.
- STEP 2: Over a medium heat in a skillet, heat the butter. It will go from a yellow liquid to a tan color and then to a darker tan, the color of medium toast. Pour over the spaghetti and serve at once.
