Ingredients
- 4 Pitas
- 16 ounces Ground Lamb or Ground Chuck
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 lemon (juice only)
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked spinach
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- one minced clove garlic
- one tomato diced
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese crumbles
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Your choice of Lettuce

Greek Pita
Time: 11 minutes prep, 8 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- I like to lightly toast the pitas (optional)
- Saute ground Lamb or beef, chopped spinach, garlic, crumble the meat finely as you cook, add seasonings, drain off any excess grease
- In a small ramekin add Greek Yogurt and lemon, stir well
- To Assemble: Slice open Pitas, add yogurt to top, lettuce on the bottom of toasted pitas, add meat and spinach, add diced tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles
- Enjoy!
