Directions

  1. Skin chicken pcs and season with salt and pepper on all sides. Rub with lemon juice and sprinkle lots of oregano. Peel potatoes, quarter, and season the same. Layer in roaster, put chopped garlic over top, add in 1/2 c. water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Add in more water if it boils away.
