  • 1 box Pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 20 ounce Crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 8 ounce Cold Whip, thawed

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend pineapple (don't drain juice), and pudding mix.
  2. Add in cold whip and blend well, then fold in pecans. Chill promptly. Let chill about 2 hrs before eating.
