Ingredients

  • 2 x Florets cauliflower
  • 2 x Florets broccoli
  • 1 med Carrot
  • 1 med Onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 ounce Flour
  • 4 ounce Water Oil Satay sticks

Directions

  1. To make the batter, pour the flour and the salt in a bowl and add in the water. Whisk slowly and then vigorously till smooth.
  2. Wash all the vegetables and cut them into chunky bite size. Skewer alternate vegetables with the satay stick.
  3. Dip the skewered vegetables in the batter and deep fry till golden.
  4. Serve warm.
