Golden Nugget's Famous Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 ounce Half and half
- 8 ounce Whipping cream
- 8 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 4 1/2 x White bread slices
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
Directions
- Mix well: Half and half, whipping cream, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla. Arrange bread on bottom of 10x12 pan. Pour mix over bread. Mix 1/2 tsp. cinnamon with 1 tsp. sugar and sprinkle over bread.
- Spread raisins over top. Cover with foil and bake in water bath at 400 degrees for 75 - 90 min.
