  • 1 cup BROWN rice flour
  • 1 cup Buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 cup Potato starch
  • 3/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/3 IDAHOAN mashed potato flakes

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk to blend.
  3. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
