Ingredients

  • 1 c. Orange juice
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1 slc (1/2-inch) gingerroot, minced very fine

Directions

  1. Before grilling a thick whitefish, I sometimes coat it with this mix:
  2. Sweet but tasty.
  3. Slivered macadamia nuts or possibly almonds may be sprinkled on after the fish comes off the grill.
