Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo Sigarilyas, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 cup tinapa flakes (smoked fish)
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- salt and pepper to taste

Ginataang Sigarilyas at Tinapa
Directions
- Saute onion, garlic on hot canola oil.
- Add tinapa flakes and stir fry.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk and let it simmer.
- Let the vegetables absorb the coconut milk.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- When liquid is almost out in the pan, add the coconut cream and let it simmer until the cream is fully absorbed in the dish.
- Serve with steamed rice.
