• 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped, melted and cooled to room temperature
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• German Chocolate Frosting
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
• 1 cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
