German Chocolate Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 6 2/3 cups shredded coconut
- 3 1/3 chopped walnuts
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 box fudge brownie mix
- 3 cups hot water
Directions
- Place sweetened condensed milk, coconut, walnuts and vanilla in mixing bowl.
- Using paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds or just until blended.scrape bowl. Continue to mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Place brownie mix and water in a mixing bowl.
- beat on low speed for 30 seconds. scrape bowl and continue mixing mixing for another 30 sec.
- scale batter into prepared 24 x 16 x 1 inch pan.
- Spoon topping randomly over batter in pan. Swirl with end of spoon using large circular motions.
- For standard oven bake at 350 for 40 - 45 min. for convetion oven bake at 300 for 35- 40 min.
- Cool completely.
