Garlic potatoes

Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200g rice
  • 1 onion
  • 150 ml oil
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • 200 ml water
  • a head of garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • thyme

Garlic potatoes

Time: 5 minutes prep, 1 hours cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. 1.Wash,peel and cut in big cubes potatoes.
  2. 2.Peel,wash and chop the onion.
  3. 3.Gird the oven.
  4. 4.In a tray put the potatoes,rice,chopped onion,the cloves of garlic with peel,water,vegetable broth (or chicken broth if you don,t have vegetable broth),pepper.salt and thyme,or any other spice you want.
  5. 5.Put it in the oven,till the potatoes and rice are soft and brown.

      i love potatoes, mashed, hashed, fried, etc... this looks good to me.
