- 500 g potatoes
- 200g rice
- 1 onion
- 150 ml oil
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml water
- a head of garlic
- pepper
- salt
- thyme

Garlic potatoes
Time: 5 minutes prep, 1 hours cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- 1.Wash,peel and cut in big cubes potatoes.
- 2.Peel,wash and chop the onion.
- 3.Gird the oven.
- 4.In a tray put the potatoes,rice,chopped onion,the cloves of garlic with peel,water,vegetable broth (or chicken broth if you don,t have vegetable broth),pepper.salt and thyme,or any other spice you want.
- 5.Put it in the oven,till the potatoes and rice are soft and brown.
