Garlic-Lemon Butter Toasted Bread Slices

Great side to any Pasta main course. Can freeze before baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick sweet cream butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • one lemon juice only
  • one teaspoon chopped finely parsley
  • 20 ounce Loaf French Bread

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 F
  2. Cut ends off of the French Bread Loaf, slice bread and stack on a clean work surface
  3. In a mixing bowl add softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley and stir well to combine
  4. Coat each slice of bread well with Garlic-Lemon butter spread, add each slice on a rimmed baking sheet pan(s) and place into the oven and bake until lightly brown
  5. Serve and enjoy!
