Garlic Anchovy Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Anchovy fillet
  • 12 clv garlic, mashed
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 med Onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan, fresh, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. + 2 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. The anchovy are packaged in small tins. 2 ounce. is about 12 fillets or possibly 2 Tbsp..
  2. Place all except oil in food processor.
  3. Process and add in oil slowly while processor is running.
  4. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
