Ganache Filling

Ingredients

1/2 c. Heavy cream
1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream

9 ounce Semisweet chocolate, finely minced

Directions

Bring the cream to simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the lowfat sour cream. Pour the mix over the chocolate in a glass bowl, and stir till smooth.
