Frozen Strawberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 pkt Frzn strawberries -or possibly-
- 2 c. Sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 c. Whipped cream
Directions
- Mix pastry ingredients and press into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min. After pastry is done and cooled, crumble the pastry. Return crumbled pastry to pan, reserving a small amount. Beat egg whites, sugar and lemon juice at high speed till peaked. Fold in strawberries. Mix in whipped cream. Pour over pastry in pan. Top with reserved pastry crumbs. Freeze.
