- 2 stalks of scallion or green onion
- 4 medium sized red onion, sliced and grilled
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs

November 18, 2013Hi, sorry for the late reply. Separate the skin from the meat and fat then boil only the skin.
November 13, 2013A little clarification needed, Instruction #1, do you boil just the skin and fat or the whole thing, or just the lean pork ?
