Directions

  1. Using fresh-in-husk corn, remove the husks and use soon after.
  2. Wash to remove any silk strands.
  3. Cut uncooked corn off the ears, scrape to get the milky liquid.
  4. Dice the red pepper and jalapeno pepper.
  5. Heat the oil oil in a 10-inch skillet.
  6. Add corn, peppers and sugar.
  7. Season with sale and peppers.
  8. Cook slowly, occasionally stir.
  9. Cover and heat 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
