Directions

  1. Work up with hands till dough is of good consistency. Roll and cut circles about 6 inches in diameter. Cook dry apples and cool. Place cooked dry apples on 1/2 of circle. Pinch together and mash with fork around the edges. Fry in deep fat and drain on paper towels.
