Fresh Tropical Fruit Uncooked Table Salsa / Salsa Fresca De Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x red or possibly other mild onion
- 1 c. finely minced mamey, papaya, mango, pineapple, zapots or possibly combination
- 4 x minced epazote leaves, or possibly 1/4 c. minced cilantro
- 1/4 x habanero chile, (you can always add in more, stemmed, seeded, and later but start with a small piece)
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 x lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions
- Thickly slice the red onion and put the slices in a small bowl of cool water.
- Soak for 10 min (soakig makes the mild onion even milder) and dry.
- Finely chop the onion and put in a bowl. Add in the gruit, epazote, chile, juices, and salt. Mix well. Taste for seasonings and spiciness. Let the flavors mingle for 30 min before serving.
