Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 c. Water
  • 3 ounce Raspberry Gelatin Pwdr
  • 5 c. Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 x Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 9 Inch Whipped Cream Optional

Fresh Raspberry Pie

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add in the water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat;stir in gelatin till dissolved. Cold for 15 minutes. Place raspberries in thecrust; slowly pour gelatin mix over berries. Refrigeratetill set, about 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream if you like.
  2. Yield: 6 - 8 servings
