Fresh Coconut Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 stk butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 c. Coconut, grated
- 1 x 9 inch pie crust, fluted & unbaked
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into pie crust and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for one hour. Cold before serving.
