Directions

  1. I let steak sit at room temp for 20 minutes
  2. Cover them with pink/salt ^^
  3. I layer plate with corn meal 1 cup
  4. Mix all dry ingredients ^
  5. Beat eggs
  6. Large skillet -1/3 cup oil/ melt butter HEAT-Med-high
  7. Dip into milk/ for 3 minutes
  8. Dip eggs wash
  9. Cover with dry/cornmeal ~dust little
  10. Layer into fry pan cook for 4-minutes per side.
  11. When finished cooking steaks,add flour to pan and salt pepper cooking for 4 minutes- add milk egg wash to make gravy.
