Flank Steak In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank steak
  • 1/4 c. Sauterne wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 x Clove garlic -- chopped
  • 10 1/2 ounce Beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Catsup
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/4 lb Fresh much -- sliced

Flank Steak In Mushroom Sauce

Directions

  1. Place steak in slow-cooking pot. Combine sauterne, soy sauce, garlic, broth, catsup, mustard, and onion; pour over steak. cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs. Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into pot. Add in mushrooms. Turn control to igh; cover and cook on high 20 to 30 min or possibly till mushrooms are done.
