Five Can Dump Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes, with liquid
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can ready to serve minestrone soup
  • 1 (15 oz) can mixed vegetables, undrained
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

Time: 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot, season to taste. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer at least an hour.

    You might call this minestrone soup, but with the black beans, this converts an Italian dish into a Mexican-Spanish dish.
