  • 1 lb Pacific red snapper filets
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. tequila
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce Juice of 1/2 lime

Directions

  1. Place fish in bowl. Add in basil, tequila, oyster sauce and lime juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate3 hrs.
  2. Drain fish and grill over medium heat till fish flakes with fork and is cooked through, 3 to 5 min per side. Serve this with white rice and vegetables.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
