Ingredients
- 6 filets of white fish - I use Tilapia
- Batter:
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1 egg yolk
- Enough beer to make batter a medium consistency
- Pat fish dry with a paper towel. Dredge through the batter. Fry in olive oil until both sides are browned. Place on cookie sheet and put in oven at 225 degrees while making other ingredients.
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 Tab diced pickled Jalapeno peppers
- 2 Tab finely diced cilantro
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 lime - squeezed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix well and set aside
- Shredded cabbage - lime squeezed over, salt added
- Apple diced
- Avocado diced
- Whole Wheat Four Tortillas

- Place filet in whole wheat tortilla. Add sauce, cabbage, apple and avocado. ENJOY!
