Firehouse Hamburger Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Tomato Paste or Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbs. Vinegar
  • 1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbs. Sugar

Firehouse Hamburger Barbecue

Time: 45 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook
Servings: 25
 

Directions

  1. Brown Ground Beef and drain.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns.
