Fiesta Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Minced onion 1/2 c. Minced celery 1/4 c. Minced green pepper 2 Tbsp. Butter 12 ounce Heinz chili sauce

1 1/2 lb Grnd beef, lean 1 c. Soft bread crumbs 1 x Egg, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

1. Saute/fry onion, pepper, and celery, in butter, till tender. Stir in chili sauce. Combine 1/2 c. sauce mix with all remaining ingredients. Form into a loaf in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour. Let stand for five min before slicing. serve remaining sauce over meatloaf. makes 4 to 6 servings.
