Fiery Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Baby Bell Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Shallot minced (about 1 tbsp) (optional)
  • 5 cloves garlic minced (about 1 tbsp) (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Franks RedHot Sauce – or sauce of your choice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Oil (optional)

Fiery Mushrooms

Time: 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Saute shallot and garlic, add sherry. Reduce by half. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil than simmer until done.
  2. Serve.

      OMG is right! These look so good, that I wish the grocery store was still open, so that I could go buy some mushrooms right now! I am going to make these tomorrow, though I should probably double the amount, as my "quality control" may get out of hand, leaving nothing for the rest of the gang lol.
