  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil - (packed)
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 pkt feta cheese - (7 ounce) crumbled
  • 1/3 c. minced liquid removed oil-packed sun-dry tomatoes

Directions

  1. Place cream cheese, yogurt, pine nuts, basil and garlic in processor. Blend, using on/off turns, till combined. Add in feta cheese and sun-dry tomatoes and blend, using on/off turns, till combined but still chunky.
  2. Transfer spread to bowl. (Feta-pine nut spread can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.)
  3. This recipe yields about 2 c..
